Description
The Warehouse Shift Manager – (PM Shift) will be responsible for;
- Manage warehouse staff, ensuring efficiency and productivity
- Monitor and optimise logistics processes
- Maintain health and safety standards
- Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system
- Produce regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Implement change and manage projects to drive warehouse efficiency
- Liaise with customers, suppliers and transport companies
- Train, guide and evaluate new warehouse workers
- Work Monday to Friday 12:30pm – 21:30pm
Profile
A successful Warehouse Shift Manager – (PM Shift) should have:
- Degree in business, logistics, or a related field
- Proven work experience as a Warehouse Manager
- Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices
- Strong team management and organisational skills
- Proficient knowledge of warehouse software packages
- Understanding of Lean Management principles
- Commutable to Gloucester daily
Job Offer

- A competitive salary between £34,000 and £37,000 per annum
