Location: Baltimore, MD (Relocation Package Available)
Salary: $180,000 – $190,000 + Benefits
About the Role
A leading, multi-unit hospitality and entertainment group is seeking a seasoned Vice President of Human Resources to lead all HR strategy and operations across a large-scale, high-volume environment. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in labor relations, talent acquisition, and organizational development, with a strong track record in unionized environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead HR strategy across recruitment, employee relations, talent management, and compliance.
- Build strong relationships with union partners, ensuring smooth negotiations and labor relations.
- Oversee large-scale recruitment initiatives, hiring high-performing teams in a competitive market.
- Partner with executive leadership to drive culture, retention, and workforce engagement.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment regulations.
- Lead organizational development initiatives to support business growth and operational excellence.
Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of HR leadership, ideally within hospitality, entertainment, or related industries.
- Proven union experience required; expertise in labor negotiations and employee relations.
- Strong track record in large-scale recruitment and workforce development.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex, multi-unit environment.
