Trust & Tax Solicitor / Legal Executive – Dorchester
Chadwick Nott are instructed by a leading Dorset and Somerset practice who are looking to recruit a 4+ years PQE Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join their Trust and Tax team in Dorchester.
As part of this highly regarded team, you will handle a range of trust and tax matters, including:
- Preparing and submitting self-assessment tax returns for individuals.
- Advising on income tax, capital gains tax, and relevant tax reliefs.
- Managing and administering trusts, ensuring compliance with taxation and reporting requirements.
The ideal candidate will have:-
- Strong experience and technical knowledge in trust administration and tax compliance.
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Confident independently managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
This role is ideally full-time, but part-time hours will be considered.
