An excellent opportunity for a Treasury Operations Manager to join a well-established, high-growth, business whose Treasury team is evolving; overseeing and supporting 2 more junior team members.

Our client is an FCA regulated entity who’s Treasury team has been undergoing a restructure. They are undergoing a bank account rationalisation programme as well as being in the process of looking at new TMS systems. Description
- Lead and manage Treasury operations with a focus on cash and liquidity management.
- Demonstrate expertise in Treasury practices, ensuring seamless execution and adaptability to new challenges.
- Mentor and coach junior staff, implementing personal development plans to foster growth and team success during organisational transformation.
- Plan and allocate resources effectively to meet operational requirements and business objectives.
- Oversee day-to-day cash management, directly influencing funding plans and ensuring smooth retail customer transactions.
- Monitor and process settlement payments and trade instructions in accordance with established processes and timelines.
- Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with all Treasury regulations and standards.
- Manage relationships with third-party suppliers and offer subject matter expertise on complex Treasury-related matters, supporting key projects and resolving intricate queries.
Profile
Proven experience in leading and managing Treasury operations, with a strong understanding of cash management, liquidity, and risk management.
Strong analytical, forecasting, and financial modelling skills to support decision-making and operational efficiency.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced business environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines under pressure.
Effective stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating with internal teams and external parties to achieve business goals.
In-depth knowledge of Treasury systems, industry best practices, and regulatory frameworks, with a focus on financial services.
Experience with securitisation programs is a plus but not essential.
