Treasury Dealer role available in a leading bank located in London. This position requires a professional with proficient skills in ALM and a desire to develop their career in Treasury front office.

Description
- Develop and manage funding strategies to maximise interest income and minimise interest expenses.
- Conduct liquidity analysis and forecasting to ensure financial stability.
- Prepare treasury forecast and reports.
- Stay updated on regulatory issues concerning interest rate risk, market, and liquidity management.
- Build and maintain relationships with dealing desks, banks, brokers, and other market participants.
- Expand the funding base and support due diligence on potential funding providers.
- Monitor daily risk metrics to ensure alignment with established risk limits.
- Ensure full compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards set by regulators and the Bank.
- Follow established risk control procedures to identify, assess, report, mitigate, and monitor risks in daily operations.
Profile
- A background in Treasury (FX, ALM or Dealing).
- Extensive knowledge of treasury and rates products, FX, MM, Derivatives
- Strong knowledge of financial markets and investment strategies.
- Understanding of market, liquidity and interest rate risks.
- Proficiency in financial modelling and risk management.
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
