My client is searching for an energetic and hands-on Technical Services Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll lead a skilled engineering team, champion safe and efficient building operations across multiple sites, and play a key role in delivering an exceptional service experience for clients and staff alike.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading and inspiring an engineering team to deliver outstanding planned and reactive maintenance
  • Overseeing electrical systems, inspections and repairs to ensure safety, compliance and smooth operations
  • Using CAFM systems, data and budgets to streamline performance and drive operational excellence
  • Working closely with clients and suppliers to build strong partnerships and drive service improvements

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience managing hard FM operations and technical maintenance teams
  • Electrical trade qualifications and hands-on testing/installation knowledge
  • Strong problem-solving ability, compliance awareness and attention to technical detail
  • Confidence managing contractors, CAFM systems and health & safety processes
