What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and inspiring an engineering team to deliver outstanding planned and reactive maintenance
- Overseeing electrical systems, inspections and repairs to ensure safety, compliance and smooth operations
- Using CAFM systems, data and budgets to streamline performance and drive operational excellence
- Working closely with clients and suppliers to build strong partnerships and drive service improvements
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience managing hard FM operations and technical maintenance teams
- Electrical trade qualifications and hands-on testing/installation knowledge
- Strong problem-solving ability, compliance awareness and attention to technical detail
- Confidence managing contractors, CAFM systems and health & safety processes
