The Role
As Store Manager, you will lead a small, dynamic team in a high-energy bakery setting. You’ll be the driving force behind great customer service, operational excellence, and a positive store culture.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the team to consistently hit targets
- Ensure smooth daily operations and high standards
- Deliver exceptional service and hospitality
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and compliance standards
- Coach and develop team members for future growth
We Are Looking For:
- A positive, hands-on leader with high energy
- Previous management experience in QSR, coffee shops, bakeries, or fast-paced hospitality
- Strong people skills, with a focus on developing others
- Confidence in managing service, stock, rotas, and store KPIs
- Someone who thrives in a fast, fun, and supportive environment
Schedule:
- Full-time, 5 days/week
- Shifts between 7am–5pm only – no evenings or night shifts
- Paid for every hour worked
