Salary: £50,000 to £65,000 (dependent on experience)
A leading UK law firm is seeking a Solicitor with NQ-2 years’ post-qualification experience to join its high-performing Dispute Resolution team in Cheltenham. The Role
You’ll be responsible for advising on a broad range of commercial disputes, including:
- Banking and financial litigation
- Contractual and corporate disputes
- Property-related claims
- Liaising with clients, counsel, and other professionals
- Supporting a specialist team culture
- Maintaining high professional standards and compliance
- Participating in business development initiatives
Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a qualified solicitor with:
- NQ-2 years PQE in commercial dispute resolution
- Experience gained during training or post-qualification
- Strong technical and drafting skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Confidence in managing matters independently and collaboratively
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Motivation, organisation, and a proactive mindset
