We’re recruiting a Senior Sous Chef for an award-winning restaurant in South London that offers an exceptional work-life balance, lunch service only and no late nights, while delivering an elevated, seasonal menu and premium dining experience.

This is a creative and collaborative kitchen where menus change regularly, built around sustainable, locally sourced ingredients. As Senior Sous Chef, you’ll have the opportunity to train and mentor junior chefs, support their career development, and play a key role in menu creation and innovation. Senior Sous Chef Benefits:

Senior Sous Chef Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Sous Chef in fine-dining or Rosette Restaurant in London.
  • Excellent employment history with commitment and longevity in previous roles.
  • Excellent leadership skills to support and develop junior chefs.
