We are looking for a Snr Project Manager with a strong background in high rise refurbishment. The role requires someone who can lead large-scale projects, demonstrating both exceptional leadership skills and an ability to meet tight deadlines.

Description

  • Direct and oversee construction projects from conception to completion.
  • Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
  • Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
  • Review work progress on a daily basis.
  • Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
  • Analyse, manage and mitigate risks.
  • Meet contractual conditions of performance.
  • Provide internal reporting and projections for inventory.

Profile

A successful Snr Project Manager should have:

  • Proven working experience in construction management.
  • Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods.
  • Expertise in building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards.
  • Understanding of all facets of the construction process.
  • Competent in conflict and crisis management.
  • Excellent time and project management skills.
  • Experience with high/low rise refurbs

Job Offer

  • A competitive salary range around £70,000 – £85,000
