Senior Private Client Solicitor
5+ years PQE
Up to 55K
Our client, a good sized multi office regional firm is seeking a highly a motivated Private Client solicitor, ideally with a minimum of 5 years PQE, to join their friendly and experienced team.
The successful candidate can expect a range of interesting private client work in a supportive collegiate team that is widely recognised for its expertise in this area. You will be working on the administration of complex estates acting for high-net worth individuals and their families who are UK based as well as international clients:
- advising on residence and domicile
- cross-border issues
- advising individuals on the tax implications of family breakdown
- succession planning for family businesses and entrepreneurs
- the creation, administration and taxation of trusts
- advising on and drafting wills
- taxation advice
- and advising on capacity issues.
