Excellent role for Estates Property and Faciliites Senior Manager to take responsibility for perforamce of healthcare estate portfolio across North West of England.

Client Details

This organisation is a subsidary of the NHS, providing high quality health and social care facilities that enable excellent patient care. They act as Landlord or Head Tenant in buildings across the UK, providing GP Surgeries and Medical Centres with property, estates and facilities management functions. This role is hybrid, based from sites across the North West including Liverpool, Cheshire, Cumbria and Manchester and from home, looking after a team of 5 direct reports, and a team of around 20 supporting those managers.

Description

You will lead on managing the property portfolio. You will lead, empower and manage your direct reports. Fulfil the responsibilities in the Head Tenant role and the landlord role to the buildings tenants.

You will be responsible for contract management and performance, commercials around portfolio management, managing local delivery teams as part of the building management function. You will be a senior liaison with tenants and identify and deliver service improvements and ensure the required operational compliance, standards and services are delivered across your Region

Profile

We are ideally looking for someone who has experience and qualifications with RICS or BIFM / IWFM either facilities or property management background as a surveyor or technical FM and estate manager. You should have excellent communication skills and excellent financial and contract management and landlord and tenant expertise.

Healthcare experience is desirable but not essential, but an understanding of public and private sector procurement, delivery, relationships as well as strong technical property management skills is required. The ability to lead and manage a team is essential.

You will need your own car and driving licence

Job Offer

There is a salary offered of £75,000 – £80,000 and a 10% employer contribution pension. You will have access to a range of other wider benefits and excellent work life balance.
