Excellent opportunity for a Senior Planning lawyer to join this UK Top 100 firms’ market-leading Planning team.
Due to an influx of new instructions from clients spanning the private and public sectors, the firm is keen to appoint a further experienced planning associate with 5 years PQE+. The team, led by very likeable and experienced partners, is busy and advises a range of clients including developers, investors, retail and leisure operators, public bodies, housing associations and institutional lenders.
You will be encouraged to take ownership of a range of matters relating to high quality planning and highways work, advising on major mixed use and urban regeneration schemes, compulsory purchase, Section 106 and planning related land acquisition work. You will be encouraged to develop relationships with clients, helping to raise the profile of the team locally and working as part of a successful nationally integrated planning practice.
