Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a commercially minded Marketing Manager to lead a portfolio of coffee brands across retail, ecommerce, and foodservice.

The role:

  • Own and grow a diverse portfolio of coffee brands across consumer and B2B channels
  • Shape and deliver annual brand plans, campaigns, and comms across paid, earned & owned media
  • Act as brand guardian, ensuring consistency across packaging, digital, in-store, and events
  • Drive performance with smart planning, clear insights, and strong commercial collaboration
  • Oversee agency relationships, budgets, and timelines to deliver high-impact work
  • Manage the innovation pipeline, from idea to shelf
  • Lead and mentor

Experience:

  • Brand marketing experience in FMCG, drinks, or food
  • Strong understanding of retail, ecommerce, and B2B marketing
  • Confident managing budgets, agencies, and cross-functional teams
  • Creative thinker with sharp commercial instincts
  • Line management experience and a proactive, hands-on approach
