Marketing Manager
We’re looking for a commercially minded Marketing Manager to lead a portfolio of coffee brands across retail, ecommerce, and foodservice.
The role:
- Own and grow a diverse portfolio of coffee brands across consumer and B2B channels
- Shape and deliver annual brand plans, campaigns, and comms across paid, earned & owned media
- Act as brand guardian, ensuring consistency across packaging, digital, in-store, and events
- Drive performance with smart planning, clear insights, and strong commercial collaboration
- Oversee agency relationships, budgets, and timelines to deliver high-impact work
- Manage the innovation pipeline, from idea to shelf
- Lead and mentor
Experience:
- Brand marketing experience in FMCG, drinks, or food
- Strong understanding of retail, ecommerce, and B2B marketing
- Confident managing budgets, agencies, and cross-functional teams
- Creative thinker with sharp commercial instincts
- Line management experience and a proactive, hands-on approach
