The firm are predominantly office based (with locations in the South West to include Bristol, Cheltenham, Oxford and Exeter) which they feel drives cohesion and suits their ethos. You will enjoy a genuinely collaborative approach both from within your central hub and other offices, and receive support from paralegals and trainees throughout the firm.
The firm tends to attract Senior Associates / Legal Director level who are entrepreneurial, ambitious and hungry to progress. Alternatively, you might be a Partner wishing to de risk.
