Sales & Marketing Director, Edinburgh, £72,000 + Bonus
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Sales & Marketing Director to join the dynamic team at a large scale venue based in Edinburgh. The Sales & Marketing Director will be responsible for creating and implementing the sales and marketing strategy across the site in order to drive awareness and achieve pre-determined revenue targets.

The Role:
* Develop innovative, effective and creative sales & marketing strategies
* Overall responsibility for lead generation and development of new business
* Manage, motivate and educate the team
* Prepare regular budget and management reports
* Meet with key clients to ensure relationships are maintained and nurtured
* Identify new revenue or expansion opportunities across the business
* Liaise and work closely with all departments and external agencies
Experience:
* A proven track record leading sales teams from a venue background
* Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
* Strong understanding of P&L management, budgeting, and financial reporting
* Established connections in local and national markets
* A creative thinker
* A strong work ethic. You will lead by example
