Residential Property Solicitor – Cardiff / hybrid

Excellent opportunity for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join a leading Welsh firm with impressive, purpose-built offices in central Cardiff.

This role can be office based or hybrid with 2-3 days in the office.

The commercial property team delivers focused strategic advice to a wide range of clients. They are at the forefront of commercial property development, working with a broad range of developers, investors and portfolio occupiers. Their experience includes site acquisitions and disposals, contract and lease negotiation, strategic property portfolio advice and industry expertise.

They currently have an opportunity for a residential lawyer expert to join their team and provide expertise in shared ownership, site set up for open market, mixed tenure schemes coupled with a knowledge of staircasing.

The firm are open to considering candidates with varying levels of experience but residential property experience is essential.
