Great new role for an experienced conveyancer wanting a new challenge in 2023. We are working on behalf of this well renowned South Wales multi office practice who are looking for a talented Residential Conveyancing Lawyer to join their outstanding team. Due to growth, the successful candidate can be based in either Bridgend, Caerphilly, Cardiff or Newport.

The Residential Property department is extremely busy owing to their very strong relationships with local agents. The department is one of the largest in South Wales and deals with an array of conveyancing matters.
The role will involve handling a wide range of residential property matters from initial instruction to post completion. You will be expected to handle a busy caseload of a mix of residential conveyancing matters, including but not limited to, sales and purchases, re-mortgages and new builds.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Residential Property lawyer and be able to demonstrate proven experience of working as part of a busy conveyancing team and independently managing their own caseload.
