Residential Conveyancer – Taunton / Minehead
Excellent opportunity for a Residential Conveyancer to join an award-winning regional law firm.
Our client is a highly-regarded and progressive law firm with offices spread across the South. They are currently looking for a Residential Conveyancer to join their office in either Taunton or Minehead.
The role will involve handling a mixture of freehold and leasehold residential property matters, including high net worth sales/purchases, transfers of part, re-mortgages and new build transactions.
To be considered, you must be able to run a residential conveyancing caseload independently with minimal supervision.
On offer is a competitive salary of up to £45,000 (depending on experience) and an attractive benefits package. They are an incredibly supportive firm and push career progression by promoting within regularly. Hybrid working is also on offer once the successful candidate has settled in.
