Residential Conveyancer – Wiltshire
Excellent opportunity for Residential Conveyancer to join a well-established law firm.
Our client is highly-regarded law firm based in Wiltshire. They are currently looking for a Residential Conveyancer to join their office in either Chippenham or Salisbury, Wiltshire.
The role will involve a mixed conveyancing caseload from initial instruction to completion including Freehold & Leasehold Sales and Purchases, New Build, Remortgages, Transfer of Equity and Shared Ownership.
To be considered, you must have experience of managing your own conveyancing caseload with the ability to use online systems such as those used for SDLT submissions and Land Registry applications.
