Description
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere at all times.
- Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals efficiently.
- Oversee the scheduling and booking of meeting rooms, ensuring availability and readiness.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries, ensuring timely distribution.
- Maintain a tidy and organised reception area, reflecting a professional image.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and document management.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support day-to-day operations as required.
- Monitor office supplies and liaise with suppliers to ensure sufficient stock levels.
Profile
A successful Receptionist should have:
- Previous role in reception or front-of-house within a professional setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with visitors and staff effectively.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient in standard office software, such as MS Office Suite.
- Professional and approachable demeanour with a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a busy office environment.
