Description

  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere at all times.
  • Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals efficiently.
  • Oversee the scheduling and booking of meeting rooms, ensuring availability and readiness.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries, ensuring timely distribution.
  • Maintain a tidy and organised reception area, reflecting a professional image.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and document management.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support day-to-day operations as required.
  • Monitor office supplies and liaise with suppliers to ensure sufficient stock levels.

Profile

A successful Receptionist should have:

  • Previous role in reception or front-of-house within a professional setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with visitors and staff effectively.
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in standard office software, such as MS Office Suite.
  • Professional and approachable demeanour with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a busy office environment.
  • Can comute to Nottingham

Job Offer
