A leading regional firm is seeking a commercial Real Estate Solicitor to join its thriving Southampton office. This is a strategic hire within a well-established property team, offering exposure to high-value transactions across the commercial, development, and investment sectors.
You’ll be advising a diverse client base including developers, investors, occupiers, and lenders on acquisitions, disposals, L&T and portfolio management. The team is known for its collaborative culture and technical excellence, with strong links to national clients.
The ideal candidate will have 2-8 years’ PQE and a solid grounding in commercial property work. You’ll be confident managing your own caseload, contributing to business development, and mentoring junior colleagues. Experience in development or investment work is advantageous but not essential.
