First rate opportunity for an experienced real estate solicitor to join a leading commercial real estate team based in Cheltenham.
This is a fantastic opportunity to enjoy high quality, “City” standard work based in the beautiful Cotswolds with all that has to offer. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with other UK and international offices.
The firm are looking for a mid-level lawyer to join the Firm’s Regeneration and Strategic Land Team, to provide support and assistance with a range of strategic land and residential development focused work. The successful candidate will also have opportunities to work with the landed and urban estate clients and private capital developers and investors on a wide range of work including residential and commercial development and investment projects, leasing, asset management and renewable energy matters.
Candidates must have relevant experience within commercial real estate and have the ability and willingness to get involved in strategic land and development work. The role will suit someone who has excellent people skills who is looking to develop their career within a friendly collegiate team.
