A leading UK Top 100 law firm is seeking a senior Real Estate Partner to join its highly regarded team in the Thames Valley. This is a rare opportunity to step into a thriving practice with full support, high-quality work, and a strong market reputation.
A following isn’t essential but highly desirable – more importantly, you’ll bring a solid business case, strong referral network, and deep regional connections. This role is also well suited for senior individuals seeking partnership who may be encountering challenges in their current firm due to top-heavy teams or internal politics. The team is seeking a leader and so previous management, and mentoring experience is essential, as you will become a key contributor both in terms of the quality of service as well as the ongoing strategy for the department.
