Property Litigation Solicitor – Bath
Excellent opportunity for a property litigation solicitor to join an award-winning law firm. The firm is looking for someone to join their property litigation team in Bath.
This property litigation team deals with residential and commercial property litigation and your caseload will include; trespass, planning disputes and dilapidations, breach of covenant, nuisance, boundary disputes, property damage and subsidence claims.
To be considered, you must be a qualified solicitor with property litigation experience. If this has been as part of a wider litigation caseload, please still apply. Ideally, you will have atleast 4 years’ PQE.
