Description
- Coordinate the calculation, distribution, and collection of Service Charges while guaranteeing accuracy and compliance with applicable rules.
- To maintain financial correctness and integrity, do reconciliations immediately, including data collection, comparison, investigation, documentation, reporting, and timeliness.
- Regularly analyse and enhance service charge management procedures by utilising technology and best practices.
- Identify and execute ideas for improving service charges, cutting costs while maintaining excellent service levels.
- Supervise and manage a team of six employees, creating a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable legislation and regulations by creating and delivering reports to exec members.
Profile
- An educational background in Accounting & Finance or a relevant professional qualification (e.g. RICS, CIH)
- Proficiency in Power BI and MS Dynamics 365.
- Experience projects managing with a focus on service charge management in Social Housing.
- Strong project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive approach, with the ability to identify and solve problems effectively.
