Description

  • Coordinate the calculation, distribution, and collection of Service Charges while guaranteeing accuracy and compliance with applicable rules.
  • To maintain financial correctness and integrity, do reconciliations immediately, including data collection, comparison, investigation, documentation, reporting, and timeliness.
  • Regularly analyse and enhance service charge management procedures by utilising technology and best practices.
  • Identify and execute ideas for improving service charges, cutting costs while maintaining excellent service levels.
  • Supervise and manage a team of six employees, creating a collaborative and efficient work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable legislation and regulations by creating and delivering reports to exec members.

Profile

  • An educational background in Accounting & Finance or a relevant professional qualification (e.g. RICS, CIH)
  • Proficiency in Power BI and MS Dynamics 365.
  • Experience projects managing with a focus on service charge management in Social Housing.
  • Strong project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive approach, with the ability to identify and solve problems effectively.
