Professional Liability Solicitor – Bristol

Excellent opportunity for an Associate Solicitor to join a highly regarded and growing UK Professional Liability team based in Bristol.

The team deal with all areas of professional liability and handle claims of all sizes and complexity, including for Insurers who underwrite some of the world’s largest financial institutions, global law firms, the ‘Big Four’ accounting firms, as well as for Insurers who underwrite regional, local and smaller institutions and firms.

You will deal with an interesting and varied caseload to include Professional indemnity claims across all lines of business including against solicitors, financial professionals, insurance brokers, construction professionals and IT consultants as well as handling insurance coverage advice /policy disputes.

The ideal candidate will be a 0-3 years’ UK Qualified Solicitor with the relevant experience and ideally some experience of running own professional indemnity files. You must also show a willingness to engage actively in client development.
