Production Planner – Gloucestershire

We are currently looking for an experienced Production Planner to join a long established manufacturer in the Gloucester area. They are looking for someone who has experience as a production planner within engineering/manufacturing environments.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Planning site maintenance (reactive and preventative)
- Managing all production orders
- Management of KPIs – performance and targets
- Production/process improvement implementation
- Following company procedures and quality/safety standards
- Liaison with internal and external suppliers
- Manage plans and schedules for production
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Experience within an engineering/manufacturing environment
- Engineering degree or equivalent, or time served apprenticeship
- Experienced production planner or similar
- Experience with lean manufacturing
