Private Client Senior Associate

Bristol

This is a brilliant opportunity for a Private Client lawyer who enjoys working with high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and entrepreneurial families.

Our client, a top 100 law firm with a strong national reputation, is looking to grow its Private Client team with a Senior Associate who understands the nuances of advising clients with complex personal and business interests. You’ll be working with people who’ve built successful companies, managed wealth across generations, and now need a trusted legal partner to help them protect it.

You’ll be advising on succession planning, tax, trusts, and estate matters often with a commercial twist. The team is collaborative, down-to-earth, and known for its technical strength and client-first approach. You’ll have the freedom to run your own matters, contribute to the growth of the practice, and mentor junior colleagues along the way.

What you’ll need:

  • Solid experience in private client work, ideally 5+ years PQE
  • Confidence dealing with HNW and business-owning clients
  • A pragmatic, personable approach to problem-solving
  • STEP membership or similar credentials (a bonus, not a dealbreaker)
  • A genuine interest in building long-term client relationships

What’s on offer:

  • Competitive salary and benefits
  • Supportive team culture with real autonomy
  • Clear progression and leadership opportunities
  • Flexible working and a healthy work/life balance

If you’re ready to join a firm that values people as much as expertise, and you want to work with clients who keep things interesting then this could be your next move.
