Planning Solicitor – Cardiff
My client is a leading law firm in Cardiff with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality legal services across a range of sectors. Their Planning team is highly regarded for providing expert advice to developers, local authorities, and landowners on all aspects of planning law and they are now seeking a talented and motivated Planning Solicitor to join their dynamic team.
The successful Planning Solicitor will play a critical role in advising a diverse client base on a broad range of planning law matters, including development projects, planning applications, highways and judicial reviews as well as appeals.
To be considered, you will demonstrate strong technical knowledge of planning and environmental law, including experience with Section 106 agreements and planning appeals. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships are key as well as proven ability to manage a varied caseload and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
