Description
- Oversee the delivery of tax services to a diverse client portfolio.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of tax professionals.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement tax planning strategies for clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional client service.
- Stay abreast of changes in tax laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide integrated financial services.
- Contribute to the firm’s business development efforts.
Profile
A successful Personal Tax Manager should have:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, ATT, CTA, or similar).
- Proven experience in a tax manager or similar role within a professional services environment.
- Strong knowledge of UK tax laws and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong client service orientation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Offer
