Personal Injury Solicitor – Bristol
Successful personal injury team are seeking a personal injury solicitor to join them to work on a defendant motor damage caseload. This personal injury solicitor will be based in Bristol on a hybrid basis.
You will be managing a litigated personal injury caseload from inception to settlement or final hearing. Working for a defendant insurer client, you will be drafting defences, witness statements, reviewing evidence, making offers and instructing counsel.
You will be a solicitor with experience in personal injury, ideally from an insurance background.
