As Marketing Director, you will sit at the centre of the business shaping brand vision, driving commercial performance, and building meaningful connections with a highly engaged audience.
This role blends creativity with commercial rigour. You will define and execute an insight led marketing strategy, lead a talented in house team, and ensure the brand continues to set the pace in a competitive, fast moving market.
The role:
- Own and deliver a bold, annual marketing strategy aligned to business and revenue goals
- Lead integrated, multi channel campaigns that drive acquisition, retention, and engagement
- Inspire and manage a high performing team across brand, digital, content, design, and sales
Experience:
- A senior marketing leader with 7 – 10+ years experience, ideally within fast growth or consumer led environments
- Commercially sharp, with a proven ability to turn brand strategy into measurable revenue
- An inspiring people leader who builds ambitious, creative, and accountable teams
- Deeply fluent across digital marketing, CRM, content, social, partnerships, PR, and events
- Comfortable working with technical platforms and development agencies
- Strategic yet hands on equally confident setting direction and rolling up your sleeves
- A confident communicator with strong C-suite and stakeholder management experience
- Experience in private equity backed businesses is a plus, but not essential
