The role:
- Take charge of the Delivery Management System (DMS) to schedule and oversee all site logistics
- Coordinate access, deliveries, and traffic for daily operations and large-scale events
- Work closely with events, operations, and security teams to keep the estate running smoothly
- Analyse logistics data to improve efficiency and reduce congestion
Experience:
- Experience in logistics, traffic, or event coordination (ideally using DMS/Voyage Control)
- Sharp organisation skills and calm problem-solving under pressure
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
