We are seeking a dynamic and experienced contentious probate solicitor to join an esteemed Legal 500 firm based in Cheltenham. This is a fantastic opportunity to become an integral part of a well-established team with a stellar reputation in private client work, particularly in contentious trusts and probate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle contentious trust and probate cases
  • Potential involvement in property litigation (experience in this area is advantageous but not mandatory).
  • Maintain and enhance client relationships through regular face-to-face interactions.
  • Actively contribute to business development initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Qualified solicitor with 2-5 years of experience in contentious trust and probate work.
  • Client-facing experience is crucial for this role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a supportive environment.
