Overview
The Role
- Working closely with the Technical team
- Attending customer sites (Some overseas travel when comfortable with the role)
- Fault-finding customer issues
- Modifying and creating wiring diagrams using AutoCAD / EPLAN
- Working with the design team to create electronic back plate drawings
- Preparing Bills of Materials
- Modifying PLC & HMI Programs
- Generate documentation packages for customers
Key Skills and Experience
- Strong IT skills and communication skills
- Ability to read and understand electrical diagrams
- Knowledge of pneumatic circuits
- Good knowledge and understanding of electrical engineering, PLCs, ladder logic and Electrical Design
