Description

- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems across various devices and systems.
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment.
- Respond to user inquiries via phone, email, or in person, maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Document and track reported issues and solutions using the organisation’s ticketing system.
- Ensure compliance with data protection and IT security protocols.
- Support the Technology department in implementing new IT initiatives and upgrades.
- Provide basic training and guidance to users on IT systems and tools.
Profile
A successful IT Support professional should have:
