Interim Policy Lead

Role:
- Lead on a number of high profile Policy projects
- Lead on the analysis, development and advocacy work for high profile and cross cutting policy issues
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders – establishing/maintaining the organisations relationship with various stakeholders, confidently representing the Regulator at a range of stakeholder meetings
- Develop and share knowledge relevant to project(s) of current thinking and best practice within the wider regulatory field

Interim Policy Lead
London or Birmingham
Essential:
- Regulatory policy specialist with significant senior level experience of policy making
- Proven experience of successfully leading major, complex policy change programmes and projects at pace, managing competing priorities
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Ability to translate complex policy areas to a wide range of audiences
- Demonstrable background of developing and implementing policy projects
- Excellent analysis skills
