HR Specialist – Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Advise on HR policies and employment law
  • Support performance management and employee relations
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure GDPR compliance
  • Drive engagement and wellbeing initiatives
  • Assist with payroll and benefits administration

Profile

HR Specialist – Requirements:

  • Experience in a generalist HR role
  • Ideally CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) preferred
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and solutions-focused approach

Job Offer

Location: Onsite in Keighley

Salary: £30,000-£32,000 depending on experience
