Our client is a leading SME manufacturer in their niche industry, supplying bespoke systems to their customers. They are looking for a HR Manager to introduce KPIs and manage HR systems.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Full end-to-end HR responsibilities
- Payroll management
- Supporting senior management
- Recruiting, onboarding and offboarding
- Overseeing the learning and development process
- Developing and implementing KPIs, policies and procedures
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Experience in an SME manufacturing company
- CIPD Level 5 or higher
- Excellent working knowledge of Excel and HR systems
- Good KPI Management skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
