HR Advisor (6 Month Contract) – Remote

6 month Fixed Term Contract
Remote, with no core working hours

Full time, open to part time (0.6 minimum)
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum

This interim contract can also be considered at a minimum of 0.6 FTE.

A leading UK charity supporting people with disabilities is seeking a highly collaborative and pragmatic HR professional to join their small, dedicated and supportive team following a positive period of growth.

Purpose of the Role

The HR Advisor will provide valuable, day to day HR operational support to the People Team relating to recruitment, onboarding and policy compliance, while ensuring that leaders and managers across the organisation receive timely advice and guidance across a variety of employee related issues.

While this interim Advisory role is largely to support capacity across the team during a busy period, there will at times be the opportunity to support on several project based activities, from supporting change, to helping with developing a high performance culture.

There is also preference for this person to help assist with various payroll duties.

The person

You’ll be a confident and approachable HR professional, known for offering clear, thoughtful guidance. With experience across a broad range of HR queries and cases from absence and performance to grievances and capability, you bring a calm, balanced approach and a genuine commitment to supporting people well.

An awareness of Access to Work and Disability Confident practices will also be advantageous.

Your organisational ability and eagle eye for detail will enable you to effortlessly coordinate and manage a fluid workload that is both administrative and people focussed in equal measure.
