Description
- Define and deliver a long‑term real estate strategy aligned with organisational goals
- Translate complex data into clear, board level insights, influence senior decision making, and lead teams through significant projects
- Lead an estates management team and trusted external partners to deliver compliant, cost effective outcomes
- Oversee acquisitions, disposals, leases, and due diligence
- Drive innovation and best practice across estates operations
- Partner with HR and senior leadership to align space planning with workforce trends
- Ensure legal and landlord compliance in major projects
- Manage budgets, mitigate risk, and uphold statutory obligations
Profile
The successful Corporate Head of Real Estate should have:
- MRICS or FRICS qualified, with substantial estates leadership experience
- Strategic thinker with a proven track record in estates optimisation and stakeholder engagement
- Strong financial and commercial acumen, with expertise in acquisitions, disposals, and property law
- Exceptional communication skills, able to present complex matters with clarity
- Skilled in workforce planning and data‑led decision making
- Highly organised, resilient, and delivery focused
- Flexible to travel across the UK as required
