My client, a leading third party service provider is seeking an experienced Head of Operations to lead and oversee their catering and soft facilities management services. In this role, it will allow you to drive operational excellence, ensure exceptional service delivery, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and develop operational teams across catering and soft FM services to deliver high-quality standards.
- Oversee budgets, financial performance, and cost efficiency across all service areas.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring service excellence and contract growth.
Key Requirements:
- Proven leadership experience in catering and soft FM
