Full creation and implementation of food for a new group launching in the UK. They have 2 sites in London and plans for expanding the group abroad so international travel will be required in the future. The offering is relaxed dining with a focus on speed of service for a high-volume site in central London.
This will be the second site and for the well-funded group with a great reputation and ambitions to grow this brand. Expect large teams in front and back of house and a great concept in place.
We would be looking for experience at head of food, group executive chef level. A background in premium restaurants with high volume, plenty of openings experience and menu development on the CV.
