Group Consolidation Accountant – FX and Payments
- Prepare and submit accurate financial statements in compliance with regulations.
- Group level consolidation.
- Technical Accounting treatment under FRS 102 and IFRS.
- Oversee FX transactions and ensure financial records are up-to-date.
- Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for financial growth.
- Liaise with auditors to ensure proper compliance with all regulations.
- Drive process improvements within the finance department.
- Advise on financial decisions and risk management.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and developments.

Group Consolidation Accountant – FX and Payments
A successful Group Accountant should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional accounting certification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA).
- Proven experience in a similar role within the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of FX and payment processes or similar lending environment (could be Retail Bank, Business Bank, non-banking mortgage lender, cards, fintech, etc).
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Spanish languages a nice to have but not essential.
