Are you a visionary leader with a passion for Mediterranean luxury? We are seeking a dynamic and commercially-minded Food & Beverage Manager to spearhead the culinary operations of a stunning 5* design-led hotel in Paphos.

The Role
As the F&B Manager, you will report directly to the General Manager, overseeing all restaurant and bar outlets. You will be the driving force behind operational excellence, financial profitability, and team development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership: Manage the daily operations of all F&B outlets, ensuring seamless service and high-energy atmosphere.
- Financial Strategy: Drive revenue and profitability through meticulous P&L analysis, beverage cost monitoring, and strategic annual business planning.
- Team Empowerment: Lead, inspire, and develop a diverse team. You will be responsible for the induction, ongoing training, and motivation of all staff to maintain world-class standards.
- Guest Experience: Act as the face of the F&B department, handling guest relations with sophistication and ensuring every touchpoint exceeds expectations.
- Innovation: Organize high-impact F&B promotions and advertising to keep the property at the forefront of the local and international scene.
The Ideal Candidate
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years as an F&B Operations Manager / Assistant F&B Manager or similar within a 5* or luxury hotel environment.
- Education: Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or Culinary Arts.
- Skills: Expert knowledge of high-end F&B trends and strong financial acumen (P&L, cost control, and forecasting).
- Communication: Fluent in English (Greek or other languages are a significant plus).
- Personality: A proactive, “can-do” attitude. You should be a motivating leader who thrives under pressure and enjoys a fast-paced, creative environment.
