Description
- Oversee financial forecasting and budgeting processes for the company.
- Analyse financial data and create financial models for decision support.
- Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews.
- Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analysing actual results with plans and forecasts.
- Guide the cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures.
- Increase profitability by analysing results, monitoring variances, identifying trends, and recommending actions to management.
- Provide analysis of trends and forecasts and recommend actions for optimisation.
- Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Profile
A successful ‘FP&A Manager’ should have:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an FP&A Manager or similar role.
- Proficiency in financial modelling techniques and tools.
- Strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
