Description
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Maintaining accurate financial records and statements.
- Performing budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Assisting in the preparation of year-end accounts and statutory accounts.
- Collaborating with team members to achieve departmental goals.
- Contributing to the financial planning and strategy of the organisation.
Profile
A successful Financial Accountant should have:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIPFA or CIMA)
- Knowledge of financial regulations and standards.
- Excellent numeric and analytic skills.
- The ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- A solution-oriented mindset and the ability to solve complex financial problems.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present financial information clearly.
Job Offer
- A competitive salary, ranging from £55,000 to £60,000 per year.
- Generous pension contribution of 15%.
- 25 days of annual leave, plus an additional 3 days during the Christmas closure period.
- Flexible work arrangements, with 2-3 days in the office and flexibility on start and finish times.
