As the Finance Manager, you will oversee the Accounting and Finance team, with a few direct and indirect reports. You will manage UK and EMEIA entities across this well-established business.

My client is a well-established firm operating in the Hastings area. Due to growth and an internal move, they are looking for a new Finance Manager EMEIA to join the team.
Description
As the Finance Manager EMEIA, your responsibilities will include:
- Manage the Accounting operations of the organisation
- Lead the Accounting Team (5 in total)
- Maintain system and implement any process improvements
- Drive a timely and accurate month-end close
- Perform responsibilities in line with accounting standards as well as US GAAP
- Review all account reconciliations monthly
- Lead internal and external audits
- Manage annual budgeting process
Profile
To be successful in your application for Finance Manager EMEIA, you should be:
- ACCA/CIMA/ACA Qualified or experience working at an equivalent level
- Competent with Accounting standards – US GAAP advantageous
- Experienced of managing both UK and abroad entities
- Experienced in managing a small team
- Experienced with consolidated accounts
Job Offer
If you are successful in your application, you can expect:
- Salary between circa £60,000 – £70,000
- Significant handover period
