Description
Reporting to the Head of Financial Business Partnering, the Finance Business Partner will be responsible for:
- Delivering a finance business partnering function to provide support and analysis to central services of the business (e.g. finance, IT, HR, Legal, etc).
- Working closely and meeting with business areas to challenge financial numbers and obligations and support decision making.
- Supporting key schemes and programme initiatives with insightful and accurate analysis.
- Regular contact with budget holders and ExCo members ensuring that they understand their financial results and forecasts.
Profile
The successful Finance Business Partner will be a Qualified Accountant with strong attention to detail who has a strong analytical business partnering background where you have provided support to stakeholders at various levels.
Ideally you will have a mixture of commercial and public/not for profit sector backgrounds who can demonstrate adding value to the business areas you have supported.
A confident Excel user is essential along with excellent communication skills.
Previous exposure of using Xledger is a bonus as this system is currently being implemented.
Job Offer
A salary of £65,000 – £70,000 plus an excellent benefits package and hybrid working.
You will be required to attend the Docklands based office twice a week.
